What do you sell online?
KMR Bespoke Bridal Designers accessory ranges are available to purchase via the online store. This includes bridal headpieces, bridal sashes, bridal veils, bridal garters and bridal cuffs. KMR Bespoke Bridal Designers bridalwear collection is currently not available to purchase online. If you wish to purchase bridalwear from their collections please get in touch via the contact page, book an appointment at their Sheffield Studio or visit a stockist.
How do I place an order?
You can browse through our online store of bridal accessories where you will find images of each item alongside a detailed descripition. If you wish to place an order simply click ‘add to cart’. Once you have finished browsing our online store and wish to purchase your chosen good/ goods click on the ‘shopping cart’ button situated on the top right hand side of the page. At this stage you are ready to proceed to payment.

When will I receive my order?
All of our products are handmade to order so please allow 3-5 weeks after ordering.
What is the cost of delivery?
The cost of delivery varies dependant on the price of the goods. Please see below:
Orders between £0 and £100 - delivery charge £4.99
Orders above £100 - delivery charge £6.99
Do you offer rush orders?
All pieces are handmade to order and usually take 3-5 weeks for delivery after ordering. If you require your order earlier than this please get in touch. We should be able to accommodate most requests.
When should I place an order?
We recommend that you don’t leave ordering your bridal accessories until last minute. All our accessories are handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products delivery time is usually 3-5 weeks after placing your order. We would recommend that you order your goods no later than two months before the date you require them. International customers should allow at least three months.
Do you accept international orders outside of the UK?
KMR Bespoke Bridal Designer does offer international orders. Please contact Kelly directly if you wish to place an order outside of the UK. Kelly will then be able to give you a quote for postage costs. All pieces are handmade and as a result there may be slight variations with each piece. The upmost care is always taken to ensure each piece is lovingly made.
Do you offer a bespoke service?
KMR Bespoke Bridal Designer offers a bespoke service. If you wish to make a minor customisation to one of our pieces this can often be free of charge. Are all your products made in the UK?
All our products are handmade in our Sheffield based studio in the UK.
What if my package is lost?
KMR Bespoke Bridal Designer is not held responsible for any lost packages once it has left our premises. If your product arrives damaged and this is not due to shipping or you receive an incorrect order please email us at email@example.com or call us on 07526285881.
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
As KMR Bespoke Bridal Designer hand makes all accessories to order. Due to this we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchange any of our products as they are handmade to order. We recommend that you read all the information provided in the product descriptions and take your time to choose your accessories.
